Lovavere respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, request swatches or try-on samples, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact customer care — and how we use it.

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if supplied, order details, size and measurement data for made-to-order gowns, special requests, swatch and home try-on preferences, and messages you send to customer care. We also collect technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited when you use our site.

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, make garments to your specifications, arrange shipping and returns, respond to inquiries, send service emails, improve our website, and—with your consent—send marketing emails.
