Ready-to-ship and standard sizes
Return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Original tags must be attached, and the item must be free of alterations, damage, and odor.
Made-to-order and custom measurements
Made-to-order and custom-size dresses are final sale unless required by law or the item is defective or not as described.
Home try-on
Return samples within five days of delivery with all tags attached. Fees are shown when you request a sample.
Fabric swatches
Swatches are yours to keep. No return is needed.
Exchanges
Ready-to-ship items may be exchanged if the replacement is available. Contact us with your order number and preferred size or color.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are not refunded unless we made an error.
