Every order includes tracking. Timing depends on whether your dress is in stock or made to order.

Delivery timeline overview
Processing begins after an order is confirmed. Delivery timing starts once your parcel has shipped.

Complimentary shipping
Standard shipping is free on qualifying dress orders over $199 USD. Any shipping charge for swatches or home try-on is shown at checkout. No code is needed.
Ready-to-ship styles
In-stock dresses ship in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. Express options appear at checkout when available.
Made-to-order gowns
Made-to-order and custom-size dresses require 4–6 weeks for production, plus shipping. Order at least 10 weeks before your event whenever possible.
Fabric swatches
Swatches ship in 3–5 business days by standard mail. You may request up to six colors at a time.
International orders
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after shipment. The recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Carriers and tracking
We use DHL, FedEx, or UPS based on destination and service level. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery dates are estimates. If your event is less than eight weeks away, contact us before ordering.
